CoVid-19 Relief Appeal Information
Our team in India are thanking God for His provision and for keeping them safe during this time of testing. The farm is providing vegetables and grains, and some fruit. Currently there are 1100 + mouths being fed. College girls have returned home to Mukti so that adds many more residents to the main campus. They are helping tutor younger girls and assisting in the kitchen. PRMM has seen a very significant decline in local financial support as many of their supporters are themselves struggling through this time. So how can we help our Indian friends?
- We can pray. Pray for safety for the residents and staff & wisdom in decision making.
- We can give. Mukti’s general funds are down from local Indian support. Mukti is also supporting local villagers who are daily wage earners and rag pickers. No work, no money, no food.

150 vulnerable families benefit from tuition for their children and other health and nutrition needs during the year. All the families are daily wage earners – either common labourers, housemaids, shoe menders, tea pickers relying on money each day. No work, no money, no food. The children in these families are all in the Wings of Hope programs. The Wings team have responded with food rations to meet the immediate need.So how can we help our Sri Lankan friends?
- We can pray. Pray for the children and their parents, many of whom are single mums.
- We can give. Donate to our relief fund for Sri Lanka providing essential food parcels for these desperate families.
